Wow! It's been a whole week since my last post. Time certainly flies...
I'm still trying to adjust to getting up so early so that I can get to work on time. The transit system here is a lot to be desired and thus, I am either really early or quite late to the office in the morning. I suppose that it's better to be late but it's a little weird to have to be up before six in the morning so that I can get here early. All I can really say is that I would love to have a lie in but that isn't possible if one is working for "the man". It makes self-employment look really good at the moment.
As if having to be more rushed in the morning so that I can get out of the door isn't bad enough, I also have to endure the teenagers on their way to school. I still cannot figure out why in the hell they have to get to school so early, knowing full well that if they weren't there, the commute would be a great deal more peaceful. It makes buying a car much more attractive in that I would be spared the little shitheads lack of manners and noise. However, the CO2 emissions and the fact that I'd have to be dealing with a whole other set of idiots (the other drivers) makes me reconsider. Perhaps the only solution is setting up a tent close to the office in order to be spared the aggravation in the morning.
I'm thankful it's Friday because tomorrow I will not even be awake to see the sunrise. I cannot do anything about the idiots on the bus but at least with more sleep, I'll be more tolerant of them.
I haven't been reading much so I've nothing to post on the Fall Reading Challenge.
I had my third Recording Fundamentals class yesterday and it's making things much more clear for me. And, while it's just an introductory class, I can see loads of possibilities! Now all I have to do is get the equipment and start working on things. I'll start researching that and hopefully in a couple of months I'll get started... I might even get some stuff that Robert can attach to his journal.
For now, I'll just have to dust my camera off and keep the creativity flowing...
Anyway, I realize this is a pretty sad attempt at a post but, hell, at least it's a post.
Have a great weekend all!

So you'll have your own recordings made???? Wait, I did read that correctly, right? If that's the case, I. CANNOT. WAIT. to hear what you will come up with!! If instruments is limited, maybe you can do something like what Laurie Anderson did. Like 'musical poetry' or something. Hmm...
Oh and your photography!! Again, I cannot wait!! Excellent!!! I'm so happy for you. Least someone is motivated. God I'm such a lazy arse! Good, you motivate me Lola!!
